Give A Grad A Go, a global leader in graduate recruitment, focused on connecting employers with emerging talent wanted to completely revamp their identity and digital infrastructure, aiming to empower their team, grow their market presence, and improve customer experience. Their existing identity had become outdated, and no longer reflected the graduates they wanted to reach and the businesses they wanted to pitch them to.
In response, a fresh, adaptable identity strikes a bold balance between grad and employer. Combining bold, playful elements to attract graduates with a polished, trustworthiness that resonates with employers.
Alongside this, I designed a self-service jobs portal, to enable both job-seeking graduates and graduate-seeking companies to effortlessly submit applications and manage job listings. Strong user journey flows and user experience design processes ensured the platform was easy to use, and enjoyable, providing a robust digital product that enhances their overall offering.
