Bond Global is an embedded recruitment agency working with forward-thinking planet-focused organisations within the clean tech, deep tech, and biotech industries. Bond operates on a subscription model allowing their clients to tailor their required recruitment services as they grow providing them with the means to the strongest candidates in the market.
Bond wanted to align themselves visually within the tech and start-up market they served and also set themselves apart from their competitors. Identity formed an integral part of the rebrand with the icon taking on the form of a thumbprint, taking shape from the structure of the letter B, which formed their old logo. Around this icon, I created a dynamic set of patterns that could be overlayed on bold, colourful and striking imagery.
